Shipping & Delivery

At Saltwater Clothing Co., we work hard to get your order out quickly. All orders ship directly from our Long Island, New York warehouse.

FREE standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $99. Orders under $99 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout.

Standard shipping typically arrives within 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the fastest available service for your destination.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped the same business day when placed before 3PM EST.

Orders placed:

• After 3PM EST
• On Sundays
• On major holidays

will ship on the next business day.

During peak seasons or large promotions, order processing may take 1–2 business days.


Expedited Shipping Options

We also offer faster delivery options at checkout.

Express Shipping (1–2 Business Days)
Delivered approximately 1–2 business days after shipment.

Overnight Shipping (1 Business Day)
Delivered the next business day after shipment.

Please note that overnight orders placed after 3PM EST will ship the next business day.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

The carrier used may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.


Delivery Time Estimates

Transit times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier.

While most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, delays may occur due to:

• Holiday shipping volumes

Saltwater Clothing Co. cannot guarantee delivery dates once the package has been handed off to the carrier.


Package Marked as Delivered

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, we recommend:

  1. Checking with neighbors or household members

  2. Checking around your property or mailbox area

  3. Contacting the carrier directly

If you are still unable to locate the package, please contact us and we will assist you.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
